Mindy Mahn is a Principal with HM, representing both large and small business clients in various industries in labor and employment litigation, general business matters and contracts, commercial litigation and arbitration, and the formation of new corporations and limited liability companies.

Mindy represents employers in federal and state discrimination and harassment litigation and administrative matters brought pursuant to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Missouri and Illinois Human Rights Acts and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act based on race, age, disability, gender, unlawful harassment, and retaliatory discharge. She also conducts internal investigations of employee harassment and discrimination complaints.

Mindy also advises and counsels business clients on employee and independent contractor issues, including negotiation, drafting and enforcement of employment, consulting, and independent contractor agreements, confidentiality, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and severance agreements. She represents and advises business clients in all stages of development, including formation, start-up, corporate secretarial and general business matters, drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, licensing agreements, lease agreements, and contracts with customers and service providers, and commercial litigation and arbitration.
