Marvin Lindmark is a Partner with the firm, practicing in the areas of litigation and employment law with an emphasis on litigation in both the state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. Marvin draws extensively not only from his legal education, but also from his education in business and finance. Marvin represents clients on various matters including litigation and general business employment, contract and independent contractor issues. His experience includes handling complex multi-party employment and commercial lawsuits, and he has extensive experience in representing both large and small businesses in mediations and arbitrations, and lectures on employment and general business issues.

Marvin's litigation practice includes many facets of employment law, including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and claims brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also regularly handles cases and matters involving non-compete and other restrictive covenant agreements.

Marvin's practice includes counseling clients on contract matters, independent contractor issues and various employment related matters, and includes drafting personnel policies, employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks.
