John Pollard is a Principal with the firm, with an emphasis in trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts. John has over 20 years of legal experience, including five years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri where he argued several high profile cases before the Missouri Supreme Court. He has also defended the Missouri Highway Patrol, represented the Missouri Bureau of Prisons in Personnel Advisory Proceedings and worked in the Consumer Fraud Division investigating individuals and businesses engaged in deceptive and unfair trade practices.

John spent eight years as law clerk for Federal Magistrate Lawrence O. Davis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. John also has experience in many phases of employment-related litigation (including arbitration proceedings) in both federal and state courts.
