Caryl also represents clients in litigation and administrative matters before numerous federal and state courts and agencies on employment matters as well as in general commercial litigation. She has worked with a variety of clients ranging from non-profit organizations to large publicly held companies and small privately held businesses across all areas of her practice. She has extensive experience with municipalities, law enforcement, and other first responders, and is an Adjunct Professor in the Command College offered through the Missouri Police Chiefs Charitable Foundation and Lincoln University.
Caryl also has experience in traditional labor matters such as union avoidance, collective bargaining agreements, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitration of grievances.
